Guest access You’ll have access the the entire unit during your stay as well as the laundry room (paid laundry) conveniently located in the building. Other things to note ***HOUSE RULES*** We strive to make your stay with us as great as possible and in order to ensure that we exceed your expectations we have some rules that will make sure your visit goes smoothly.... - Our only house rules are to please treat our home as if it is your own! We want our guests to enjoy their time with us and we do not like leaving a laundry list of chores to complete upon checking out. Please observe quiet hours between 10pm-8am. -We're totally pet-friendly, but there will be an additional pet fee for extra cleaning which you will be able to see upon confirmation of reservation. -There is no thermostat in the apartment, the heat is controlled by the building. -A $100 fee applies for late check-outs after 11:00 AM.
