The space Our property “un air Marin”, is a large spacious 4 bedroom villa (170m2) surrounded by 2500m2 of land and located just below the historic and picturesque medival village of Tourettes Sur Loup (also known as the Town of Violettes, due to its long history as a producer of Violets), and is only 30 minutes from Nice airport and 45 minutes from the nearest ski stations. The exterior: A large swimming pool (12m by 6m) with a waterfall slide, 8 sun loungers, 4 sun umbrellas and a huge (4m by 4m) jaccuzi. A fully equipped pool house complete with a bar, authentic pizza oven, BBQ, plancha, two fridges, a dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine, and behind the pool house is a outdoor bathroom including a toilet, sink and shower. On top of all this, behind the house is a large trampoline, a basketball hoop, and a fusball and table tennis table.
