If the Main House is booked during your stay, the Hot Tub and Laundry is private to the main house guests. Rates are discounted during these times! Kindly Note: Laundry not available when Main House is booked to Airbnb guests. Laundromat just up the street! COVID CLEANING PRACTICES Prior to your arrival - a full sanitation is completed. We disinfect all appliances, tables/counters and living surfaces (including the sofa), plus all kitchen/bath products and commonly touched items. All bedroom/bathroom linens (sheets/pillowcases, blankets/bedspreads, pillow/mattress covers, towels) are cleaned and unused by previous guests. Cookware/Dishes/Silverware are re-cleaned/sanitized over in our dishwasher! Other things to note We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking. We are not able to accommodate refunds outside of Airbnb‘s cancellation policy.
