The space You’ll be staying in one of the apartments located in the Historic Parke Hotel, built in 1880. This recently renovated apartment has all of the modern conveniences: a walk in shower, 2 smart TVs, 8 large windows, and a full kitchen including a dishwasher. A breakfast nook and TV trays are available for your use. The bedroom has a queen bed and closet. The large front living room also has a queen bed. Two hall closets will give you plenty of room to store your belongings. A washer and dryer are available in the building for your convenience. Guest access You will enter a shared lobby. An elevator is available for easy access to your second story apartment. The grand staircase will make you feel like you’ve stepped back in time! The complimentary laundry room is just down the hall for your convenience. You will have a secure code for the apartment that only you will have access to. Other things to note This is a pet free and smoke free facility. There are absolutely no exceptions! You will be charged a fine if these rules are disregarded.
