This home is completely renovated, sets Lakeside w/views from a large enclosed Florida room. The living space offers ample space to enjoy your time, from being on the water, in the sun, watching the sunset or around the propane firepit for evening enjoyment. Not children The space Completely updated and renovated! This home has a coffee bar, ceramic sink, convection oven, glass stove top, with lots of extra space to move. It is located on a lake great for fishing, kayaking, watching the sunset, bird watching or hanging out on the front lawn enjoying an evening fire. It is a 55 and older community owned park, who love to gather (appropriately social distanced, of course) and have lots of fun activities. Pet/Dog only allowed: Due to community restrictions We are only able to rent the home with one well behaved dog who has all its vaccinations- Including Service animals, which we ask that you identifywhen booking what service does your pet performfor you? Due to community guidelines no pet is allowed over 30lbs. Must have vaccination regard with you or rabbies tags on pet. Your pet must be on a leash at all times and attended to. Please pick up after your pet. The community has a dog watcher for those who do don't pick up poo will be fined on the spot, no matter who's yard or location. We have confirmed this with Airbnb and under the American Disability Act we have exceptions on what kind of pet is allowed in the home, due to our own disabilities. Due to our owners having a disability which would be harmful, possibly life threatening for them to be in contact where certain animals and certain chemicals have been present.  Under Airbnb accessibility policy, we are exempt from hosting guest with pets or service animals other than dogs. Immediate Eviction, no refunds & Fine for cleaning by a professional services will be billed accordingly if found to have an animal other than one dog. You may bring a golf cart with you (gas or electric). Getting around on the water is best by water vessel. If you bring kayak(s), canoes, ect. you may launch right out back of our home or maybe if desired at the boat launch nearby. If you have a larger boat, there is a boat ramp about 1000 feet on Clinch Lake Blvd at the Frostproof Rec Park shown in our pictures. At the local Frostproof Rec Park shown in the pictures are picnic tables, covered pavilions, and BBQ charcoal grills for your use. While we have wi-fi, it is a community used wi-fi. With that being said, the signal is better when use is not as high and during summer months when it is quieter in the park. Wifi is often spotty. However, we do not offer additional wi-fi services. We do have a smart tv. If you know how to utilize a smart tv it is there for your use, and typically best used with your own phone network. We do not offer any additional cable tv or satellite. This home is designed for you to relax, enjoy and unplug. Guest access All the facilities within the community you are welcome to use. The club house has a laundry facility opposite side from which the home sits facing. In addition, as well as extra clean bath and showers. There is boat parking as well and can be arranged prior to arrival. Please message us prior to you bringing your boat for proper parking of your trailer. This waterfront property offers beautiful scenery and sunsets. In our private community, there is also a private dock and beach, just north of the rental for your use as well to fish and enjoy the sun & water. (Bring your own beach chairs, kayaks, canoes ect) There is a Larger public beach access, pavilions and boat launch area, about 1000ft around the corner from the property at the Frostproof public park (seen in pictures). No Pets Allowed in our home! Other things to note We book our home for short term monthly Vacation Rental Only. This home is Centrally located in Florida on a 1200 acre recreational lake, where the fish are biting, kayaking is a blast and the sunsets are amazing to look out from the enclosed Florida room, or maybe you'd gathering around outside under the solar lights with our new propane firepit. There is a community dock and beach area, just north of the home located within the community you are welcome to use. This home is located in an active adult only community 15 minutes from a major highway and a Walmart. One hour from populous Orlando, a short 2 hour drive straight across on Highway 60 to either Ocean: the Gulf or the Atlantic. Take your pick. This home was just renovated with you in mind. Come rest your mind, body and soul.
