The interior contains a minimalist style with stained concrete floors, quartz countertops and vaulted ceilings, all appointed with modern recessed lighting. The central great room is equipped with a built-in electric fire place, mid-century modern furniture and a 65 inch smart smart TV, so bring your own streaming logins. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and begs to be cooked in. Enjoy a massive quartz island countertop and custom modern cabinets stocked with cookware. Grab a good book and hang out on the wrap around deck, or just appreciate the view from the 10-foot tall windows in the living room and bedrooms. In cool weather, open the 3 sets of large sliding glass doors and let the sounds of nature lull you to sleep. The design provides soaring 12-foot tall ceilings, and tons of natural light. Also, smart home lighting and other technology is added for extra comfort. Just ask Alexa to turn on the lights, music, tv, or electric fireplace while you sit back and relax. Concerned about neighbors and privacy? Just outside guests will enjoy the privacy of two (2) wooded acres that are isolated from other residential properties, so you won’t be seeing other neighbors during your stay. In the mornings, wake up to sunrises over the eastern mountains in both bedrooms. Grab your favorite beverage and enjoy the wide-spread mountain views from the 600 square foot wrap around deck that is accessible from all rooms. Immediately adjacent to the deck is a covered hot tub and fire pit. A charcoal grill is also located along the side. Visiting for hiking, weddings, wineries or other area attractions? Guest access Guests will have access to a two bedroom two bath house with full kitchen, living area, laundry room, and 600 square foot walk out/wrap around deck. A Keurig Coffee and regular filter coffer maker is provided. There is ground coffee and filters available for guests. Bring your own k-cups. There are also several streaming tv channels via The Roku Channel and tubi app, but there is no local cable. Pet Rules: We love accommodating furry friends, but to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, we kindly request your cooperation. While pets are more than welcome to join you, we ask that they refrain from laying directly on the couches or bed comforters, unless a protective dog blanket is used. For your convenience, one pet is allowed with a $100 pet fee covering the entire stay. If you plan to bring a second pet, please seek approval from the us beforehand. We appreciate your effort in cleaning up after your pets; it makes a world of difference. To maintain cleanliness and minimize allergens, any excess dog hair, waste, or stains found may incur additional cleaning fees at the owner's discretion. No Smoking Because of septic systems size, reservations are capped at a six (6) guest maximum. Please note that in the event of non-compliance with the outlined rules, the owner reserves the right to apply fees or, if necessary, take further action, including potential eviction, at their discretion. HOST LIABILITY: By booking, all guests agree to indemnify and hold the host harmless from any claims, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from injury, illness, unexpected death, or damage to guest property resulting from the use or misuse of the premises. This includes, but is not limited to, incidents occurring in or around the property, including the hot tub, or other amenities. Guests assume all risks associated with their stay and the use of the premises. Disclosures: The exterior lights are automated to come on and off in the evening hours. If you need to control them, you are still able to turn them on and off manually from switches inside. There are two private closets. One is in the interior and the other is on the exterior. These are marked with a "private" sign and are not accessible to guests. For your safety and security, there are three exterior cameras on the property: two monitoring the driveway and one covering the deck. Additionally, a doorbell camera is installed at the front entrance.
