A quiet and serene place to call home for a few months. The space This is the center unit of a three unit building in a small, quiet community on a dead end street. Guests will have access to the entire unit with the exception of the basement, which is used for storage. There is a full bathroom and bedroom on the first floor and a full bathroom and second bedroom on the second floor. There are three steps into the home, a flight of stairs to the second floor, and two steps leading into the open concept living/dining room/kitchen area (lots of steps). There is also a balcony over looking the golf course and river on the second floor. Guest access The entire unit (besides the unfinished basement) is yours to call home! Other things to note This is our full time home that we are able to share while we are gone for work occasionally. We are happy to share this beautiful location with other winter/mountain/ NH lovers, but hope that you treat it as your own home away from home! Please be respectful of neighbors and the community.
