The kitchen has the proper amenities as well as the bathroom and living spaces. *While not listed, there is also a washer and dryer around the back of the building in an unfinished basement. The stairs to the washer and dryer are narrow. There is a laundromat less than 5 minutes from the apartment if you are uncomfortable using the washer/dryer located at the property.
