Sea Star was designed to offer all the comforts of a "Bahamian style" home. It features a pool, many outdoor dining & seating options; all within the confines of a gated yard. Main house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining room, living room, and full kitchen. Guest cottage has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms adjoined by a round central dining table/work area and small refrigerator. All bathrooms are en suite with air conditioners. Sea Star is one house back; steps from our famous Pink Sand Beach! The space "Sea Star" is located on the south end of the island; the quiet end. Upon arrival, you'll hear the roaring ocean and the many tropical birds singing in the palm trees. We are mere steps (12) from gate to beach. On the beach you'll find your own dedicated straw umbrella where you can cool off in the shade. There are two houses; the main house and a cottage. We have four bedrooms, four bathrooms and many private areas and terraces for dining or relaxing . "Sea Star" is a 10 minute golf ride to Dunmore Town where you'll find shopping, lively restaurants, and grocery stores. And, if you choose, you can walk on the soft beach to the many hotel bars and restaurants; all within a 30 min walk or shorter. In the main house, we have two bedrooms (two queen beds), with two full bathrooms, kitchen, dining, living room and laundry. In the cottage, there are two bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each (one bedroom has the capability to combine two twins for a king bed). Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms and private patio. A room sits in between with a round table and four chairs, mini refrigerator and beach towel storage. With A/C throughout, smart TV in living room, mini portable bluetooth speakers, and dependable hi-speed Skylink internet, gas grill, beach chairs, 2 outdoor showers, pool, outdoor dining huts and extreme privacy make Sea Star an ultimate getaway. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, including kitchen, bedrooms, living room and porches. There is a washing machine and dryer in main house storage area that guests are free to use. Parking for two golf carts are conveniently located right next to our property (designated "Sea Star") signs along the fence. Daily housekeeping is included except, Sundays and holidays (US and Bahamian) *Please let us know ahead of time if you'd like the king bed configuration. Our housekeepers will have it all set up for you. The pool can be heated upon request at a fee of $150 daily. Again, please let us know prior so we can have it warm for you. Our property manager is Bob. He is local on island and can be reached 24/7. You may also see Bob or Leo in the early morning cleaning the pool. The water in the small kitchen sink spout, the refrigerator spout, and ice are filtered and drinkable. All other water (including outdoor hoses) are non filtered and should not be drunk. We have a new generator on the property so when the island power goes out (quite frequently) there are no worries about Internet being down or electrical. Please feel free to enjoy our Cottontail Club outdoor bar (still a bit unfinished ), our Orchid Room for outdoor dining, and the Tree House for views, drinks, reading or relaxing. We also have two delightful housekeepers, Ermaline and Lucy. They will be there every day except Sundays. Guest access We have a front gate and a back gate. Our back gate remains locked and the front gate will be your main entrance and exit. We are on 2 lots of land. Everything within our fence is yours to use and enjoy. Very private.
