We stock these room with products and towels - just bring your toothbrush! Note: This listing is for both units in the Nightingale Cottage which sleep a MAX of 10 guests. The Nightingale Cottage consists of 2 separate private entry units located on the Hildreth Homestead which also has a separate Breckinridge Bungalow. Separate bookings for Nightingale and Breckinridge may overlap from different groups - but there are private entries for each of the two buildings which are in separate areas on the property. For extra large groups, BOTH the Nightingale Cottage AND Breckinridge Bungalow can be booked through another listing. Guest access Information for check in and directions will be sent on day of arrival once the space is ready. Ample street parking is available. Winter Info Snow chains are required for all vehicles in the winter during harsh snow conditions. On occasion, during extreme weather, Julian can experience rolling power/internet outages. Rest assured, they will restore it as quickly as possible. Other things to note Do not exceed the occupancy limit. Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. Accurate guest count is needed at time of booking. Nightingale Cottage is ideal for 3 families with (or without:-) children. Groups with more than 3 couples should review the layout of the unit to be certain sleeping set up is a good fit for their group. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Parties are strictly prohibited. This home is located in a quiet mountain town. Noise (even in small amounts) is amplified very easily around our neighborhood. Amplified music must not be heard 24/7. Please be respectful of your noise levels while outside. No Animals. We love animals, but we do not permit any animals at this home due to health/allergy concerns. Eviction.
