The lovingly restored trailer is curated with vintage artwork, favorite books/games, and comfortable furniture. Many thoughtful design details have gone into our space. The entire property is fenced from front to backyard with lockable gates. Past the backyard fence is a quaint, historical river water canal that is crossed by a short staircase with security handrails. After the canal crossing is the river's edge boulder patio & river entry. This patio area has a metal handrail only, no fence. There is a natural boulder path with a handrail down to the river water. You must be sure-footed to access the water. There is a very nice swimming area at the house depending on the season & weather - please ask us about what to expect during your stay :) Inside you’ll find a relaxing space to take in the experience of a breathtaking riverfront setting. Ideal for up to 2 adults comfortably. Bedroom with Queen Bed, Bathroom with Shower/Toilet/Sink, Stocked Kitchenette with Gas Stovetop/Refrigerator/Microwave, Living Room with Twin Sofa Bed. Electric Cedar Hot Tub, Outdoor Shower, Firepit, Deck, Propane BBQ & Dining Table. Radiant heater for winter nights and AC unit & fan to keep you cool on hot summer days! If you’re looking to accommodate a larger group, we do rent the entire 2-story house next door as "Big View House". Guest access You'll have access to the entire property grounds and the trailer with a key entrance. You'll have your own riverfront with river access but please know that there are neighbors on both sides of the trailer lot. The trailer lot is located in a residential neighborhood. No events, parties, photoshoots without prior Owner approval. We have a Nest camera pointed at the street entry to ensure only registered Guests are on the property. 4. (1) well-behaved house-trained dog under 25 lbs. will be considered for pre-approval. It's a small interior space with nice design elements so space is limited. Please tell us about your pet.
