The space Set on a large, tree covered lot, it's private, yet close to everything! With a well appointed house, resort size pool, and over 800 feet of decks for wildlife viewing. A guest house is included for parties of 5 or more. Well positioned 20 minutes from Jaco, 45 minutes from Manual Antonio. Our property offers two well appointed houses and a resort size pool and is truly a tropical paradise! You will have access to the main house, which sleeps 4, as well as the guest house which also sleeps 4. Both houses have kitchens and decks overlooking the pool and fauna. The main house has 2 ensuite bedrooms with a/c units in each, and a half bath, as well as a kitchen, dining room, living room with smart tv, laundry room and sun room. A large deck off the main house overlooks the pool and trees. Take in the Scarlett macaws or tree iguanas, or just grab a drink and lounge by the pool! The guest house has a loft bedroom with attached half bath and a roomy private terrace. There's a full bathroom on the main floor, as well as a kitchen and living room with a king size sleeper! Eat at the breakfast bar or the table on the attached deck. The two houses are completely independent and offer fantastic privacy for families or friends traveling together. Guest access Guests will have access to both houses, the rancho, parking area and pool as well as the many terraces and decks. There is one closet in the main house guests will not have access to. Other things to note The guest house staircase is rather steep and is not recommended for those with mobility issues. This house is in a neighborhood, therefore parties are not permitted and quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am
