The guesthouse has a full kitchen, dining area and living room with spectacular ocean and mountain views. There is AC in the Master bedroom ONLY. The small spare room does not have AC, only a ceiling fan and portable fan. There are large sliding doors that span across the entire wall of the house, letting in the cooling ocean breeze and creating the feeling of being outside, from the comfort of the living room couch. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals and the wifi is strong and fast enough to stream your shows on any device you have. We provide one large 5 gallon jug of fresh filtered drinking water during your stay. Plastic chairs can be taken outside to the pool area and a charcoal BBQ grill is available upon request The master bedroom has a queen bed and the spare room has a single bed.
