Escape to this cozy condo on the hillside, with scenic views of the valley. You will find peace and relaxation in the midst of the Caucasus Mountains, while being only minutes from the town center. You can climb to the top of one of our two Svanetian watch towers to enjoy the sunset on the mountains. On the premises, we have a family-run café-restaurant where we serve typical Svanetian dishes made from local ingredients. The space All our bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom. The lounge has 2 couches, as well as a fridge and a kettle. Brew up a cup of coffee or tea in the mornings before heading out the door on one of Mestia's many hiking trails. We have 2 shared balconies where you can relax and smoke a cigarette. The rest of the building is strictly smokefree. Guest access At the restaurant, you will be served traditional Svanetian dishes. All our dishes are prepared with locally-sourced products. On the premises, we grow potatoes, apples, vegetables and grapes, from which we make our own chacha.
