This cozy lakefront house is close to everything, making it easy to get around anywhere in the Twin Cities! 5 minutes to shops and grocery stores, 12 minutes to downtown Minneapolis, 25 minutes to the Mall of America and St Paul/Mpls Airport. We have a fully stocked kitchen, hot tub, pool table, games for all ages & more! Hot Tub access hours: 8AM- 10:30PM * Quiet hours are 10PM to 7:30AM. * Our lake house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, no partying or events allowed. We ask for you to only use what you need during your stay at our rental 📸 Outdoor cameras are located at each entrance- front door, backyard, and driveway for the safety of our guests, property, and neighborhood. Our cameras are active 24/7, if tampered with we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without refund Parking: 5 Vehicles Max. Do not park in our grass. Vehicles can park in our driveway and on the public street only in front of our rental. Please follow city ordinances if you decide to park on the public streets. 🌷🌸 We have small air freshener containers in some areas of the house to neutral the house between groups. Guests are welcome to set them to the side during their visit if undesired. Please note if sensitive to scents. 🚮♻️ If you are Checked in the night before Garbage/Recycling day, you will be required to roll bins down for pick up 🏡 Quiet hours 10PM-7:30AM 🚫 No large gatherings or events allowed, only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. If house rules are broken we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund. 🚫 🚬No smoking inside the rental, no smoking inside garage. You can smoke outside away from the house and any open windows. There will be a $200 fee if smoking rules are violated and extra cleaning is required ✨️Grill and Water toys available April-September /Snow & Ice completely cleared ☺ We are very easy going, go above and beyond to make your stay memorable.
