A perfect family home just 30 minutes from the ski resorts and just minutes from Heber and Midway with quaint shopping and dining experiences in our own little Hallmark town. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a garage to pull your car into so you don’t have to worry about snow or the cold. The space Master room has a king bed and a private bathroom. Room #1 has a queen sized bed. Room #2 had a bunk bed with a full on bottom and a twin on top. We have a blowup air mattress that can be setup in the basement or in the living room area. We have pack n plays and a crib available upon request. Guest access This is our primary residence but we have it listed for times that we are out of town. That being said, the master closet will be locked and the storage room in the basement will be locked but other than that, our home is your home during your stay. We ask that you respect it and the things that are inside and that you treat it as your own home. Strict no smoking, no vaping, no pet policy. If you smoke, vape or have pets you plan to bring, please do not book this rental. We have children with asthma and can’t risk their health weather you smoke inside or outside.
