Welcome to our peaceful home! Our home feature a nice open concept living room, dining room, kitchen, and many amenities! Enjoy the street view through the big windows. We are close to Memorial park, restaurants, and shopping centers but after a long busy day this home will be a refuge. The family room is next to the kitchen but not part of this listing, meaning you have no access to it. It's fully locked on the other side, not to be worried. The space Nice house with a front porch to sit and enjoy evening fresh air. There's enough space in the backyard to sit and smoke. Spend time inside relaxing in either of our living room, dining room, or just in your room. Curl up in a cozy sofa to watch movies on our smart TV. Fix your food in a large kitchen but no heavy greasy food or frying fish and chicken. As everything is connected here, greasy smells can travel through the whole house and rooms. Help yourself to any basic cooking supplies & spices that are available in the cabinet. Pots, sauté pans, & serving dishes. Kitchen essentials include: coffeemaker, toaster, can opener, etc. 3 bedrooms located on the 2nd floor and 1 on the 3rd floor with comfortable mattresses. All the bedrooms have large closets with plenty of storage space. The upstairs bathroom has a full sized bathtub/shower. Street parking is available and both sides are allowed. Remember that the family room is downstairs next to the kitchen but it's not part of your section and locked on the other side. Guest access You will access the house through the front door with a lockbox. Basement, Family room, private parking, and garage are not part of your section and locked with no guests' access. Otherwise you have full use of the rest of the house. your section will only accessible by you and your family during your stay. The door next to the kitchen is totally secured and locked on the other side and managed by me. Other things to note This property is only for non-smokers. Please note that our house is not child-proof in any of the areas. Use your own discretion as to if this property is a good fit for your family before bringing small children. Also note that our home is nearby the Memorial park, there's mice in the area, so if you leave the front door open they might enter. If that happened, please call or text me immediately. Also my next door neighbor has a big tall dog.
