This updated vintage 1900 home in North Adams is just a 10 minute walk to MASS MoCA, one of the country's largest contemporary art museums, and a mere (and beautiful) 10 minute drive from Williams College Museum of Art as well as The Clark. If you want nature & hiking, Cascade Trail Trailhead is a 5 minute drive, National State Bridge Park is a short 7 minute drive, and The Hoosac Range Trail is 11 minutes away by car. If you're looking to ski, Jiminy Peak and Mt. Snow are 30 and 45 mins away. Guest access You'll have access to every part of the house and property, other than the attic, basement, and outdoor shed. Other things to note The majority of the driveway is a right of way that cannot be blocked so only park under the carport at the east end of the driveway. You are also more than welcome to park on the street in front of the house except overnight between Nov 1 and Apr 15 - the city institutes a nightly on-street parking ban to allow for snow removal. If you park overnight during this ban you may get a ticket or be towed.
