When you enter the property, you will enter onto a screened in back porch to the left of the Metal Carport. Large private back yard. Great for enjoying the outdoors on those cool nights. Through the back door, you will walk into a fully stocked kitchen, equipped with electric stove / oven, Refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, Air Fryer, pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, bowls, cups (washable and single use), Coffee maker (with coffee and creamer), dining area with seating for 4 and the bar will seat 2. In the living room you will find a Sofa, a recliner and a 55" Roku Tv. In the guest room you will find a queen size bed, Chest of Drawers, standard closet with hangers. 32" Tv with Roku. Located right outside the guest room you will find the guest bathroom. Guest Bathroom has a Stand-up Shower, with Handicap Toilet "High Seat". Master bedroom has a queen size bed. 32" Roku Tv. Chest of Drawers and Dresser, Small Walk- In closets. Private bathroom with his/Her's vanity, Standard Tub/Shower, Washer and Dryer. Laundry Detergent is provided. All TVs are Roku Tv's and include with HBO and SHOWTIME channels. Netflix, Disney +, Hulu, and many others are all available. Guest access Plenty of Parking space on property. Guest has access to the Back yard and Screened in Back Porch. Guest also has access to the Grape Vines when in season, just be careful about wasp and other animals around the vines. Other things to note This Property is secured with a Ring Doorbell Camera and actively Recording. This is for Your Safety and Host Safety. This is the only recording device on the property. Please do not unplug, block or cover this camera. Again, this Doorbell is for your safety and the host safety. No not cover the Ring door bell in any way, this also means by standing infront of it to allow pets to come inside. Pets will be additional 250.00 Deep cleaning fee.
