Perfect for couples, solo travelers or small families! The space You will have the home entirely to yourself including your own private patio with outdoor firepit. The driveway is shared with the tenants who reside in the duplex adjacent to the Airbnb. You’ll have your own designated parking right in front of the home for easy access. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a homemade meal or to prepare take-out from a local restaurant- full dishware set, coffee cups, utensils, drinking glasses, pots and pans, toaster, blender, storage containers for leftovers, paper towels and more. Salt, pepper and olive oil are also available for your use. A luxury Keurig that brews a pot of coffee or individual Kcup is provided along with a tea pot for non-coffee drinkers. The fully stocked cupboards feature a selection of complimentary coffee/cream/sugar and teas to enjoy. Bedroom: We know sleep is important while traveling! The cozy bedroom contains a King size bed with a brand new, luxury memory foam mattress perfect for a comfortable night's sleep. The bedroom features blinds + black out curtains, reading lights + a floor lamp and a walk in closet with hangers for your clothes. There is also an iron and ironing board to ensure your clothes remain wrinkle free. Loft: Located off of the bedroom, a cozy loft containing a sleeper futon overlooks the scenic view of the backyard and woodlands. A reading lamp is available for your convenience. Perfect for sleeping an additional guest or curling up with a good book. Bathroom: Updated, stylish bathroom features a tub/shower and vanity with storage. The bathroom is equipped with all necessary amenities - extra toilet paper, hair dryer, body wash and shampoo/conditioner. Living Area: The stylish living area features a 55” ROKU TV with access to your favorite streaming networks like Netflix, Peacock Premium + Amazon Prime and a comfortable sectional with chaise. An assortment of board games, books and decks of cards are also available for guest use. A dining table with three chairs compliments the open living area if you like to watch a show while you eat a home cooked meal or heat up some leftovers from a local restaurant downtown! Private Patio: The Airbnb features a brand new, paver patio with fire pit right off of the kitchen with Adirondack chair seating, chopped wood, s’more skewers and cozy Edison lighting- perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee, nightcap or making s’mores. The home is located a few blocks from an active train crossing. You will hear train horns during your stay. At times, the train passes by at night. Laundry room may be available upon request. During the Fall/Winter months the AC units are removed. OVERNIGHT PARKING: You must park in the driveway (2 spots available; 2 vehicle maximum). Per the city, “No person shall park any vehicle, trailer, boat or other conveyance, required to be registered with the Secretary of State or other governmental agency for use on a public roadway, on any public street, road, road shoulder, court, or alley within the city between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., with the exception of Sundays and holidays.”
