We're right on the Rogue River- The one bedroom guest house with kitchenette, dining area, bathroom and large deck is accessed via the stairs as shown in the photos. Ample parking. Guest access Access to the 1 bedroom guest house is to the left of the garage, up the stairs which leads to the second floor deck. The sliding glass door serves as the entrance to the guest house. You will have access to the pool, the extensive lawn area, the Rogue River and its river beach. There is adequate parking on the paved area. Other things to note Friendly dogs are acceptable with certain conditions. There is a $15 per night fee. Sorry, but we do no allow cats. Dogs that love water will especially like the Rogue River behind the apartment.
