Casa Palma sits on the edge of the jungle on a gated 19 acre secluded property, with stunning mountain, valley, jungle and garden views. Located in the mountains above Playa Dominical at 1,350ft, allowing for cooler temps and fresh breezes. Enjoy yoga or a workout with a view in our two story fitness oasis, followed by a relaxing day pool side and exploring the permaculture fruit forest. Or head out to explore the mountains, ocean, rivers and waterfalls our area has to offer. 4x4 required. The space Casa Palma is a newly constructed, spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house (with access to an additional 1/2 bath poolside). Open the sliding glass doors and enjoy the mountain, valley, jungle and garden views from the living space, or enjoy your morning coffee on the patio and count how many different types of birds you see! The open floor plan allows guests to interact while cooking a meal in the large fully equipped kitchen using local ingredients from the weekly farmers markets. Enjoy your meal at the countertop seating or from the live edge wood table. The spacious primary bedroom has a private bathroom with a walk in shower, an A/C unit, ceiling fans and a closet so you can unpack and feel at home. There is a Queen size bed and a Full size bed both with high end Posturepedic mattresses so you can sleep well during your stay. The other two bedrooms feature large custom designed guanacaste wood bunk beds. These are made to suit adults, with lots of space between the bottom and top bed so you don’t feel cramped, but still perfectly fine for families traveling with children. There is a Queen size for the bottom bed and a Double/Full size for the top bed, and both have high end Posturepedic mattresses for a very comfortable sleep! The top bunks have built in nitches in the wall with outlets, reading lights, and space for your personal things, and a nice window to give some extra airflow and to take in the views while laying in bed! Both bedrooms are equipped with A/C units and closets. These two bedrooms share a full size bathroom with a walk in shower. Pool and Fitness Oasis Take a dip in our therapeutic saltwater pool while listening to the cascading water of our water feature (see photos for pics of the waterfall!). Read a book or take a nap poolside on our loungers, comfy day bed, or hammock chairs. The bottom floor of the Oasis also has a stunning 12 person dining table, perfect when groups/families rent both villas (see listing for Casa Motmot at Mountains to Sea, our 2 bedroom 1 bath villa). There is a chefs kitchen available for use if the guests choose to hire a private chef through the help of your hosts for an additional fee. The second floor of the Oasis has breathtaking views and is a 900sq ft open area with teak floors. As an Air BnB guest you can spend time practicing yoga, working out, meditating or lounging in a hammock. Private personal training or yoga sessions are also available upon request for an additional fee. ***We do not allow coaches, teachers, etc. to use this space for business without renting this space separately. Guest access Guests will have access to the Villa you rent, the shared Pool area, Fitness Oasis and grounds. There are two villas onsite, if you would like to rent both for an exclusive experience please contact us here, there are 10 total beds between both villas. *There is a clothes washer and dryer available for use for $15.00 per load. Other things to note A 4x4 vehicle is necessary for the driveway to the house due to the steep nature of the drive. However, the road is in good condition.
