The same is specially designed for a cozy stay, every detail very well cared for for the comfort of our guests!, living room with Tv 55’’ with the HBO MAX app available for the enjoyment at no additional cost, air conditioning in living/dining room, two exterior balconies where you can enjoy the tranquility of a hammock to read a book , or just sit and enjoy a glass of wine or drink on the balcony type bar , dryer and washing machine , 4 burners stove, internet and other amenities, the public beach is located a few steps from the residential ; where you can get restaurants and bars with the typical food of the country! Guest access The common areas are available for use of guests , swimming pool , gazebo, chairs , tables , grill , you can also enjoy the playground and green areas of the residential complex. Just one corresponding parking lot. Other things to note The residential complex has private surveillance, access with electric gate and security cameras throughout the residential and parking . You should keep in mind that the electric service in the Dominican Republic can present Fallas during your stay which is not our responsibility, but in case this happens we are prepared with an electric power generator that will keep the lights , televisions and fans Working for 4 to 6 hours if necessary ( the generator does not turn on the air conditioner , fridge , washing machine , or dryer )
