Located in the center of town, directly across the street from the park, less than a 2-minute drive to local restaurants & shopping (or 15-minute walk to the square). We offer a large paved driveway, suitable for boats & trailers. Lots of outdoor space with firepit. The space 1st and 2nd bedrooms each have a queen bed. The bathroom has a tile tub/shower combo, equipped with a starter kit of supplies: Toilet paper, towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Outside: Enjoy a peaceful evening by the fire while you overlook the scenic wood view in the backyard or relax by the lights on the private deck. If it is raining, hang out on the front covered porch. No need to worry about parking! We offer a very large driveway that is perfect for several vehicles. Location: We are in Town- directly across the street from the park, offering a lot of activities for families to enjoy: -Walking Track -Playground Area -Tennis Courts -Basketball Courts -Public Swimming Pool -Baseball Fields Guest access The driveway, backyard, and firepit area are shared with the main house. Please do not block any vehicles from being able to come and go. Other things to note -Must be 21 years old to book. The person booking the property is required to stay at the property for the entire length of the stay. -Only people booked to stay are allowed at the property. -This is a residential area. -Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. -Please bring your own wood/supplies if you would like to enjoy the firepit. -The driveway and the firepit area are shared with the main house. -A 24-minute trip to Dale Hollow Lake. We are 20 minute drive to Cookeville. -For your security, the premises are equipped with exterior security cameras at each corner of the main house. -We provide a starter kit of supplies. Please plan accordingly to bring items you may need. If house rules and checkout instructions are not followed, guests will be charged additional fees at checkout.
