The Smart TVs, which operate in “guest mode” allow you to access your favorite streaming channels while automatically deleting your personal log-in information upon check-out. There is keypad access on the side mudroom entrance and a personal entry code is assigned to you for the duration of your stay. The home features a spacious living room with an electric log fireplace, 58” Smart TV and lots of natural light. The fully stocked kitchen has plenty of dinnerware, cookware and utensils, along with new appliances, including an electric range, refrigerator and microwave, as well as a coffee station with a Keurig coffee maker and complimentary coffee and tea to get you started. The adjoining dining room is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning tea or coffee or to have a relaxing dinner. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, 50” Smart TV, dresser, large closet and a dual work and make-up station. The second bedroom, with it’s queen-size bed plus a trundle (two twin beds) can comfortably sleep up to two adults and two children. This bedroom also has a large closet with dresser and a 46” Smart TV. Guest access You will have access to the entire home and property except two small rooms in basement which are used for storage. The one car garage is available to our guests (which can come in handy during our Ohio winters!) Note: it is a small garage, therefore some SUV's, Vans & trucks may not fit. (garage opening 6' wide x 7 3/4' high) Access to washer and dryer is available in unfinished basement. Other things to note By booking this property, you agree to the following: No parties or events allowed - If guests are found to have had a party without host permission, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and your reservation will be cancelled immediately. ALL GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY AT THAT TIME. No additional, unauthorized or unregistered guests are permitted during your stay other than those disclosed in your reservation. No smoking of any substance or form inside the home. If you or your guests smoke inside our home, there will be an automatic $500.00 cleaning fee charged to you. No pets This home is in a residential community and you must respect the city noise ordnance which is in place between 9pm & 8am. For stays longer than 21 days, guests may be required to sign a short term vacation rental agreement. Agreement will be provided prior to booking upon request.
