Loft has 4 twin beds (these can be pushed together to form a larger bed) and attached full bathroom. Full kitchen, LR and dining area with .5 bathroom off LR. There are also a full size futon in LR which folds into a bed, if needed. Quieter area of Resort property with less congested traffic! Cabin is FULLY furnished with dishes, silverware, coffee cups, and drinking glasses. Including wine glasses. Pots and pans, baking sheets, etc. for oven use. Grilling utensils. Towels and linens to include pillows. Some grilling spices. Coffee pot with coffee! Free washer and dryer in lower level-must bring your own soap(s). Cabin recently had new showers installed with rainfall shower heads in each of the units. Smoke free cabin! You may smoke outdoors but MUST pick up your butts! NO PETS, as people, myself included, are allergic to animals. We ask that you respect this. Same as being allergic to peanuts, allergic reactions can be serious!! There is a wood fire pit for S’mores or room just to RELAX below outdoor stairs with 4 Adirondack chairs for you to use. BYOW. If you are using the firepit below the hill wood can be purchased on Aspen Road just down street or BYOW. Numerous other places in area selling firewood, also. Three Bear's Resort has bundle package to purchase that includes 'Smores'! Picnic table just below stairs going into backyard! Guest access Cabin is on the Three Bears Resort property! Near the property is two waterparks. One with an indoor/outdoor water park and mini golf just a short few minutes walk from cabin. Both Three Bears & Yogi’s Jellystone are very close to our cabin within walking distance but some guests prefer to drive. Tickets MUST be PURCHASED through them. Subject to their availability. There is a dock with swimming area nearby which you are allowed to use if you like lake swimming as opposed to a pool. With fishing pond next to it. There are hiking, biking, snowmobiling and walking trails nearby. Fishing and another swimming/kayaking area nearby at McMullen Memorial Park. Pontoon rentals now available at RZR in Black River Falls, WI! Just a 20 minute drive away from cabin!! Nearby hundreds of miles of ATV/UTV trails. Just minutes from our neighbors, Bogging Bear Adventures UTV Rentals who are located just down hill from us. You MUST contact them directly to inquire for any discounts and rentals. Very popular and within walking distance from cabin. Just a few minutes away! Closest town is Tomah, only a short 13-minute drive-Walmart, (NEW)McDonald’s coming in June 2023, Starbucks, Qwik Trip, Aldi’s, Taco Bell, KFC, and numerous other stores. There is scuba diving at Lake Wayzee with pristine water and lessons, only a short drive from cabin. McMullen Memorial Park just a short drive away with fishing, hiking, and boating. Has fish cleaning shed, boat docking, playground for kids. Beautiful lake area! Other things to note Lockbox located at front door. Code will be given to you a few days before your stay. Communication will be sent a few days prior to your visit. If you lock yourself out, it does happen, been there, please notify owner and we can accommodate you. :)
