The Cullom is a one of the two NEW lofts located in the Evans building! The Cullom has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and one with a king sized bed. The sofa in the living room also pulls out into a queen sized bed. The Cullom has a full kitchen with a dining area big enough for up to 8 people. There is a Smart TV in each bedroom along with one in the Livingroom. There are also 4 historical restored fireplaces too! This Loft has amazingly high ceilings and beautiful oversized windows! Other things to note Cancellation Policy: Full refund 5 days prior to arrival  All of our Lofts are on the 2nd floor, there is a flight of stairs guests MUST use to reach their lofts.  You can add a roll away bed for a additional $10. While we want you to enjoy yourself and make lots of memories in our Lofts, we do ask that all of our guests treat our Lofts like their own home. Please leave the Loft the same way you found it. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning fees. Thank you!
