This gorgeous apartment is perfectly located only 10 minutes from O'Hare International Airport. Close to the hospital, great schools, stores, and highways. A great place for a leisure trip or business travelers.   Great food, bars, grocery store, and parks are all within walking distance. A great alternative to the hustle and bustle of the city but you can be in some of the best neighborhoods in the city in 10 min (Wicker Park, Lincoln Park, Logan Sq.). Other things to note House Rules: We strive to make your stay with us as great as possible and in order to ensure that we exceed your expectations we have some rules that will make sure your visit goes smoothly. -Both AC units cannot be ran at one time. It will trip circuit breaker and you’ll lose electricity to the unit. -Take care of our space and the items within it. When you arrive, we ask that you REMOVE YOUR SHOES when entering the apartment to avoid damaging the floors, rugs or carpet. During your stay treat our home as if it’s your own, do not damage anything within the unit. Do not leave food out without proper containment because it will attract insects. -Prior to your departure, do your best to tidy up by throwing garbage in the waste bin. WE DO NOT LIKE LEAVING A LAUNDRY LIST OF TASKS TO COMPLETE SO WE JUST ASK TO TREAT OUR HOME AS IF IT IS YOURS!! -Keep track of your keys please. Losing the keys that you will be provided could cause a host of issues and potentially put a damper on your trip. Please do your best to know where they are at all times. -No partying!!!. We have strict rules against partying in our apartment and having guests that are unaccounted for when making the reservation. We do not accept reservations for people intending to host bachelor/bachelorette parties, birthday parties, or any other kind of party. If there is any evidence of smoking in or around the apartment, illicit drug use, excessively loud noise after 10 PM, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation immediately without refund. We have a very good relationship with our neighbors and intend to keep it that way which means noise levels must be controlled so they are not disturbed. They will notify me if there is any evidence of these activities occurring during your stay. If we find any evidence of smoking in the apartment we will assess a minimum $300 fee to restore the apartment to its previously smoke-free condition. -Parking. There is free street parking throughout the residential neighborhood however you can access the whole city through the CTA train nearby so we would definitely recommend saving the money you'd spend on a rental vehicle if you have the option! -There is no thermostat in the apartment, the heat is controlled by the building.
