This one-bathroom mini-house is serene & adorable! It has all the comforts of a large house, including cooking pots, pans, dishes, bowls, and utensils. It has window screens, AC, and 3 sources of heat. It has two TVs, one at bed and one at the sofa. There is an outdoor dining deck, grill, as well as private washer/dryer. The property is close to the quaint town of Blowing Rock, NC & is surrounded by many interesting wineries. It's also close to Appalachian State & Lenoir-Rhyne University. Guest access You'll have access to the entire tiny home and the attached mini-house with your own private washer and dryer. Other things to note This mini-house has two steps up to the front door. This property is not wheelchair accessible.
