This home has approx. 2300sqft with 3 bedrooms 2 full baths, great room w/ tongue & groove cathedral ceilings providing beautiful lake views. The spacious kitchen has a large island w/ solid surface countertops & bar area. Tucked away in cove is the private beach area with dock perfect for fishing or rafting. You will love the relaxing feel of lake living! We have internet TV options but no DISH or Direct TV. The space This home was designed for lake living! The concrete floor in the downstairs was made for bare feet, kids, and furry friends. We have included two kayaks and a paddle boat for you to enjoy during your stay. The house can accommodate more than 7 people if need be. Available for weekend, weekly, and monthly rentals. Guest access Guests have access to the house, yard, and private beach. Other things to note Lake Centralia covers more than 400 acres. This lake is great for boating and water skiing. Pontoon boats and other boats 21 feet in length and under are allowed on this lake. There is also great fishing on this lake. A boat ramp is located on Waverunner Cove accessible from Green Street Road to Scout Road. Boat license for lakes are issued through the City Clerk's Office. A current insurance policy number for liability and the Watercraft Registration Card with the number are required for issuance.
