Cozy Cottage located only 15 minutes away from Fort Drum! ONE block away from Thompson Park/Zoo and only a 10min drive to Watertown mall! Fishing boats fit in Driveway. Bed is Firm! For any tourist visiting any upstate New York attractions, or simply looking for home away from home, this is your place! Two camera are installed; One in front entrance and one in the back. If you decided to book please mention if you'll have guest visiting and how many vehicle's you'll have, two vehicles max! The space Complete Cozy Cottage with a Ranch style to it. Perfect for a family with a kid or two. Too small for 4 adults. No parties/BBQs PETS- Only ONE pet per booking (maximum of 5 nights), to be less than 80lbs. The pet is to NEVER be left unattended. We do NOT provide any pet supplies/amenities so please pack accordingly. Pets should always be leashed outside of the property. Do not let the pet jump into the couch or bed if paws are dirty. Thompson Park is right behind the property for a nice long walk. One Bedroom, King size bed (firm) Washer and Dryer installed, we do NOT provide detergents. Fully furnished and stocked Basement and outside storage unit are not allowed to access. Summer Months: A/C will be window units only. A patio table is set up in the backyard but keep in mind there isn't much lighting once it gets dark. We do not allow BBQ's or Bonfire, sorry. Winter Months: Snow is spontaneous, we will shovel and clean at a reasonable time, it may not be at the time you need to head outside or before. We do leave a shovel next to the door just incase. Guest access Guest have access to everything EXCEPT the basement the outside storage unit. Other things to note Two cameras are installed in the front entrance facing the driveway and in the back yard facing the house. Self Check-In access code is sent via Airbnb app the day of at 3pm. Washer and Dryer installed, we do NOT provide detergents. Quiet Hours are at 10PM
