Private boathouse w/ lift. Boat ramp less than a mile away. Dock w/swim ladder. Quiet, but lots to do with shops, restaurants, breweries & winery nearby. The space A fully outfitted kitchen that would delight any chef (better than most rentals) with dining room that seats 6. Comfortable living room with couch and two oversize chairs with ottomans make up the heart of the cozy first floor. Upstairs bedrooms in the rear of the house provide privacy and quiet. Both Bedrooms have plenty of drawer and closet space. Upstairs bath with vanity and make-up mirror has a shower and a Jacuzzi tub for that long awaited bubble bath! French doors open to the spacious deck with gas grill. Grab a drink and relax on the elevated Adirondack chairs with a perfect view of the lake. An outside dining table with umbrella allows you to sit outside at mealtime. The downstairs features a large bath with shower and tub, and a third bedroom with queen bed. Large open recreation room/bar area with a mini fridge for keeping libations cold. Keep the kids busy with a full size air hockey table, fooseball and video games. A large sectional couch and 60 inch TV complete the space. Bookshelves abound with board games, movies, and books for adults and kids of all ages, including toys for infants/toddlers. Downstairs French doors open to a lighted patio area outside the lower level with comfortable Adirondack chairs for enjoying the lake view from the patio. Other things to note While cleanliness has always been top priority, other additions to the cleaning routine have been implemented with extra attention given to high touch surfaces. Hand soap is provided at each sink in the house. Please have adults and children wash hands frequently and please do not wear shoes inside the house. The house is in a rural area and it surrounded by trees, so be aware of both bugs and wildlife. Especially watch for deer on the roads. Verizon is the only reliable cell service in Pea Hill Creek where the house is located. The house does have internet and streaming capabilities. Password will be available onsite.
