This is a 30-day minimum, furnished rental. Tons of windows let in lots of natural light in this 1930's era home (1400SF). There's a large front porch with a wonderful view of Lookout Mountain and ample porch seating. The house has a serene vibe with vintage and original artwork. There's a vintage Eames lounge chair for watching TV and relaxing. When you want something more social, it's just a 10 minute walk to downtown St Elmo, which has a great coffeeshop and several wonderful restaurants. The space The house has free high speed internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cookware you'll need. There's a coffee pot that makes Keurig coffee or a full pot if you prefer. You’ll find an electric range with microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal. There’s full-size refrigerator with ice maker. The mudroom has a washer and dryer. The living room has a large TV above the non-working fire place. There are many streaming channels included: Amazon Prime, Apple TV, Netfix, Hulu, Disney, Peleton to name a few. If you want basic cable added, the cost is $20/month additional to the monthly fee. The dining room is a great space for entertaining and relaxing in the heart of the house. The office is off the living room and has a fabulous mountain view. There's a desk and printer for your use. We also have a monitor and keyboard you can connect your laptop to. Also in that room you'll find a comfy daybed for afternoon naps and phone chats, it also accommodates the extra house guest. The master bedroom has a king size bed with an extremely comfy mattress. There's a large dresser and closet for clothes storage. Newly added TV for watching movies in bed. The second bedroom has two full-size equally comfy beds with a dresser and a small TV with all the streaming channels. There is one full bath with a tub/shower combo in the hallway between the two bedrooms. Here you'll find linen storage and lots of vanity drawers for your toiletries. There is an additional half-bath off the kitchen. The shed out back has two bikes for guests to use. Guest access Guests have access to entire house and shed. Other things to note The steps from the driveway down to the back door can be challenging if you have mobility issues. There are just 4 steps, but they are a bit steep and caution is advised .
