Other things to note The cost of electricity for long-term rentals above 7 days is limited to an allowance of $3.00 USD per day which covers for the reasonable use of electrical appliances. At time of the check-in, a meter reading is taken as well as at the time of checkout. Overages above the $3.00 per day fee will be requested & charged at time at checkout through the Airbnb resoution center.
