Inside, the poolside casita offers beautiful vaulted wood beam ceilings … 2 ceiling fans …and all new ac & heat … king bed … 55” smart tv … charging station … sectional sofa … work station … throw pillows and throw blankets to cuddle with … console with drawers for clothes as well as garment rack for hanging … luggage racks … blackout curtains and sheers if you’d like to enjoy the view of the pool and the horses. Also, please enjoy all my special personal touches I thought of just for you … the fresh flowers … refreshing lemon water in the large glass dispenser … and a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolates to get your vacation started! Please feel free to walk around and explore but DO NOT ENTER the horse arena or pig area without permission. Animals are unpredictable and can bite and kick especially if spooked or don’t know you. I am happy to let you interact with the animals with me there, just ask! Other things to note This is not a child friendly or child proof property, so no children are allowed. Teens possibly ok … folding mattress provided for 3rd person. Any exceptions allowed will require an additional contract to be signed prior to any minor being allowed on the property. If you are traveling with your own horse, … we can accommodate that too for an extra fee. Other pets a possibility on a case by case basis with extra fee and deposit. Please note that the gardener comes on Tuesdays and the pool guy comes every Thursday to service and clean. You may see them while you are here but they will not bother you at all. Thank you.
