The queen sofa pullout is located in the living room. In Unit 2 - There is a King bedroom + a Queen sofa pullout in the living room. Breckinridge Bungalow is a separate studio located in the rear of the property with a King bed and en suite full bathroom. The newly renovated bathrooms were designed with total relaxation in mind. Step into the walk-in shower in Unit 1 and let your worries melt away. Each Nightingale unit and Breckinridge Bungalow also has a shower tub. We stock these room with products and towels - just bring your toothbrush! Note: This listing sleeps MAX 14 and consists of: Nightingale Cottage which sleep a MAX of 12 guests Breckinridge Bungalow which sleeps a MAX of 2 guests. The Nightingale Cottage consists of 2 separate private entry units located on the Hildreth Homestead which has a separate entry from Breckinridge Bungalow. Guest access Information for check in and directions will be sent on day of arrival once the space is ready. Ample street parking is available. Winter Info Snow chains are required for all vehicles in the winter during harsh snow conditions. On occasion, during extreme weather, Julian can experience rolling power/internet outages. Rest assured, they will restore it as quickly as possible. Other things to note Do not exceed the occupancy limit. Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. Hildreth Homestead is ideal for 4 families with (or without:-) children. Groups with more than 4 couples should review the layout of the unit to be certain sleeping set up is a good fit for their group. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Parties are strictly prohibited. This home is located in a quiet mountain town. Noise (even in small amounts) is amplified very easily around our neighborhood. Amplified music must not be heard 24/7. Please be respectful of your noise levels while outside. No Animals. We love animals, but we do not permit any animals at this home due to health/allergy concerns. Eviction. Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned. VRR-2022-2691
