This listing is for a private bedroom within my home. I live here and rent out the other two bedrooms of my home. This room has a plush queen size bed with premium linens and 4 pillows. 40 inch tv with Netflix. Closet with hangars and laundry basket. Room locks from inside or outside room, key hangs on door frame. Lamps with outlets and usb for charging your electronics. The space 100 year old Colonial Revival with original wood moldings and doors. Has that old house charm creaky floors and all! Great mix of traditional architecture with modern conveniences. Shared access to kitchen, dining, living, bathroom and foyer. Guest access This room is upstairs first door on the right room #3. The skeleton key (hanging on door frame) locks room from inside or outside and key is unique to your room only. Shared access to bathroom, living room, foyer, kitchen and dining room, please be courteous to other guests or myself. Feel free to place some items in the fridge or make a light meal in the kitchen. Coffee, tea or water (absopure water cooler) and whatever snacks that are out are located in upstairs hall and you may enjoy during your stay. Please understand all items in the fridge may not belong to me, please ask before using anything besides condiments. However I’ve made room on the right side of the fridge for your things and have creamer for your coffee/tea. No access to other bedrooms, basement or garage. You may encounter another Airbnb guest or myself with public areas of the home. ***Please park on the street, I do not allow parking in my driveway*** may be used for loading or unloading only. You may smoke on the front porch, I have provided seating, ashtray and a heater. No smoking in the house. During your stay This is my home and you may see me at some point. I do live here and keep a tidy home so I ask that guests do their best to maintain that as well. I work a full time job and work very early in the morning so I usually retire fairly early. I also keep my phone pretty close so msg with any questions or concerns and I’m usually able to get back with you within the hour. I rent out both bedrooms through Airbnb so you may encounter other guests or myself in public areas of the home. Other things to note This is my home but I Airbnb the other two bedrooms so you may encounter one of my Airbnb guests or myself in public areas of the home. I do not allow smoking with my house however I have a large covered front porch with comfortable seating and a heater. Driveway to be used for loading or unloading only. Early check in or late check out $25 fee
