Lots of people out for runs, families out and walking their dogs. 1 mile (11 blocks, 20 min walk, 5 min bike ride) or a quick car ride to the Boardwalk. This is our weekend home, so also kid-friendly** (more in Other Details to note) The space Custom built home that provides 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms over three floors. Filled with lots of light, architectural and high-end details, this home welcomes you in. Wide plank Brazilian Cherry floors are under the Albert + Dash rugs and runners that dot the home. Furnished with luxury, yet comfort in mind, it is equally as easy to entertain guests you may welcome over as it is to just relax at home. Seating for 12 in the living and dining room. A game room off the main hallway includes a foosball table, as well as board games, books, chess and a second TV if you want to put on a separate movie or show than that in the main living room (a huge collection of DVDs for adults and kids included). The kitchen is a delight to use, with stainless steel CuisinArt appliances and a large farm sink. While a group prepares food, easy for others to join them, with seating at the island (4 stools) or at the small table and bench in kitchen. Built-in wine refrigerator awaiting use. All the glasses (white wine, red wine, cordial, champagne, beer, kid-friendly, outdoor). Open access between kitchen and dining room (w gas fireplace), and then easy access out to back patio with 6-burner grill, 7-seater hot tub*, outdoor shower*, large sectional and 12-person table if you would prefer to dine al fresco. Our fast Wifi extender system features download speeds up to 400 Mbps and provides reliable connections throughout the property on all floors, making it especially easy to work from home, when needed. The second floor includes 3 Bedrooms (1- King master, 2- Suite split into 2 rooms- queen bed in one room and full over full bunk bed in second room, 3- Queen bedroom. All mattresses in house are memory foam. Bedrooms: 1- The spectacular master suite w King bed has its own bath, dry sauna, gas fireplace, walk in closet (has a crib) and multiple seating areas, one of which can convert into a bed and sleep 2 more people. 2- Generous sized suite with two rooms that include its own bathroom (shower and bath combo), walk in closet and a loft as a hideaway for children (of appropriate age as it would be accessed by a ladder) that also has some light weights, 8lb kettlebell, workout mat, gliders for adults. One room in suite has a queen bed with a workstation (desk and monitor) and the other room has a full over full bunk bed and pull out twin-trundle. 3- A third bedroom w queen sized bed and a hallway bathroom with shower and bidet round out the second floor. All bedrooms include new bed linens and towels for Summer 2021. 4- The attic includes sleeping for 4-6 and great for a group of friends or family. Includes 2 Queen beds and a couch that can be converted into a full sized bed as well. Separate laundry room is located off of the kitchen. Fenced in backyard with a 7-person hot tub (serviced before each guest), 6-burner grill and plenty of seating for all in sectionals and table. Outdoor shower* to wash off sand after a day at the beach or hot tub* on the side of the home, as well as an expansive front lawn to play lawn games (included) or sit on the 4 Adirondack chairs and people watch. Also 3 chairs for any toddlers in the group! Parking in a one-car garage off a private ally, as well as room for a second car on alley outside garage. Plenty of parking on street too in front of house. * Outdoor shower and hot tub open usually across the year. However, please ask if available during winter months as it could be winterized and plumbing turned off at the discretion of the host. Garage includes beach gear (6 Tommy Bahama backpack style beach chairs, beach blanket, Tommy Bahama Cabana, 2 umbrellas, 2 beach wagons (1 for gear and 1 for 2 kids), kids sand toys, inflatable 2-person kayak), 12 Beach towels, and also use of 6 adult beach badges for stays Memorial Day through Labor Day weekend. Guest access The home in the desirable, quiet, tree-lined NW part of Asbury Park. You will see many joggers and dog walkers on our street. Easy to walk to Deal Lake or 1 mile walk to the boardwalk. Very close to Deal Lake for kayaking and stand up paddleboarding. We provide a 2-person inflatable kayak and there are more kayaks and SUPs to rent with Deal Lake Dock Company. Short drive to multiple golf courses. Security Cameras located in frontyard looking at frontdoor, in game room looking out to the frontyard and in the backyard looking at the alley/ garage/ trash.
