Excellent for family or friend reunions, company wedding group accommodations, personal & corporate retreats for anyone, or much-needed quiet relaxation time.. The space The property is divided into two separate units that are linked by decks and covered awnings. Riverside Haven The first is a nice sized two-bedroom, two-bathroom cabin with a kitchen, dining area, and a large living area, as well as an awesome spacious deck with dining space and a grill area. Take the decked walkway to the second, private one-bedroom, one-bathroom cabin, which has its own kitchen, bar, living room, and private outdoor waterfront dining patio! Capable of sleeping 10-11 people. 'Lil' Bit of Haven' The property is beautiful and on an expansive lot where everyone can spread out, play some horseshoes (included), and enjoy the water of Lake Dunlap, which is now the Guadalupe River. Until the dam is replaced, there is a nice low flow, as seen in the pictures. Kayakers, fishermen, and families simply having fun in the water are all enjoying this stage of lake life. The two houses share a Laundry Room. Sleeps up to three people. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the two Cabins as well as the entire property. Other things to note Please keep in mind: *At any given time, no more than three vehicles (small-mid sized) may be present. There is NO street parking, we are not allowed to block the cul-de-sac street, and there is a $250 fine if we do. In our commitment to your comfort, although we can accommodate up to 14, we allow a 10-adult max occupancy with the alternative bedding (sleeper sofa) being ideal for kids only. *At the moment, we do not provide any watercraft (kayaks, paddle boards, tubes, etc.), but there are local rental companies.
