Beach access is close by at Jeanette's Pier. Enjoy stunning views of the sound from the living room and have a front row seat to the famous Outer Banks sunsets. The first bedroom when you enter the condo is a King Master bedroom. The second bedroom also offers a King bedroom with hall access bath from the living room. The couch pulls out into a Queen sleep sofa. The dining room table offers seating for 6. Washer and Dryer are located off the kitchen. You'll also delight in the convenience of the Kitty Hawk Kites store being located directly below you, where you can shop, and or book dolphin tours, kayak adventures and more! A Vacation Rental Agreement/Lease provided by the manager of the condo must be signed. No check in information will be given without a signed lease. - Dogs allowed, $150 plus tax per dog, maximum of 2 dogs - Quiet at 11pm - Min age of renters 25 years old; no groups - Travel insurance is optional through 3rd party - Standard cleaning will be provided but we ask that you place all trash in bags and put in dumpsters. -Leave your bed UNMADE and towels on bathroom floor. Place all dirty dishes in dishwasher and start the dishwasher prior to leaving. -We supply one start up gift bag of toilet paper, a few trash bags, one dish pod and a pack of paper towels, guest is responsible for purchase of additional items as needed for the duration of their stay.
