Middle area is large new living room (furniture or order, pictures will be updated). Room includes a wet bar, smaller 2nd fridge, bath with shower and another dining or game table. Smart TV here. Above this large room is a sleeping loft with 1 queen and 2 twin beds. The final room off the middle living room is a large bedroom with king bed, bathroom, separate entrance. There is a mini-fridge and coffee maker here. Perfect for the grandparents! Guest access The house is dedicated to guests. They have full access to house and yard. Only the basement is off limits and that is locked. Other things to note Rental is by the week and turnover day is Monday starting June 30 to September 1. This is a great house for multiple families, but absolutely no parties. House is in a neighborhood, quiet hours are 9 PM to 8 AM.
