Our place is located in the rapidly growing Chaffee Crossing section of Fort Smith, where outdoor recreation is abundant. We are: -Seconds away from your own personal gym equipped with everything you need to get in a good sweat -Minutes away from Torraine Lake and miles of trails -Just 2 miles from Ben Geren Park with trails, volleyball, soccer, tennis, disc-golf, putt-putt and even golf for real -Just 2.5 miles from the Arkansas Colleges of Health Education The space Our home is occupied by five, myself, my spouse, our dogs and cat. It’s a 3 bedroom with an epic gym in the garage, fenced in backyard and close to some great outdoor recreation. The private bedroom is cozy with a 40” TV, workstation, queen bed and closet space. The private bathroom has a double vanity and for some reason, a small toilet. Guest access Private access to the bedroom and attached bathroom. Shared access to the kitchen, garage (gym), laundry room, and backyard. During your stay There when you need us, quiet as ghosts when you don’t. We know some truly want privacy and we 100% respect and honor that. If you’re looking for some local info just reach out. Other things to note We have two friendly dogs (pugs) and cat (cat mix). If you are allergic to either or do not like pets I do not recommend our place.
