The living room centers on a natural gas fireplace and the views. There is ample parking with level access to the cottage. The space The newly-remodeled cottage is 920 square feet. Two cozy, and comfy bedrooms, each with a queen bed, have everything you need. From the open living/family room, small bedroom, and kitchen, relish unobstructed views to the beach, Whidbey Island and beyond. A gas fireplace gives warmth and charm. The bathroom has an over-sized shower with river rock cascading to the floor. The washer and dryer are in an alcove off the kitchen which also has ample storage for your extra gear. Adirondack chairs around the natural gas fire pit are available year round as are the outside grill and smoker. Twelve-foot rowboat, outdoor table and kayaks are stored in the winter, but available for use in season. Restrictions apply, so please ask (in advance) if you want to know if these items are available for use during your stay. Other things to note The cottage is located in a charming neighborhood, great for walks and cycling. Bonus: Your 1-2 friendly, leashed dogs are welcome here too, with deposit! Guests must ensure that they have proper licenses and safety equipment to use the toys and equipment. Fishing regulations must be verified before using related equipment as well. No RV parking or hookups. The cottage is not appropriate for events or parties and they are not allowed.
