The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Only a 10 minute walk to University of Buffalo's South Campus and just a 10 minute ride to the North Campus. Just 20 minutes to the Buffalo International Airport, 20 minutes to Downtown Buffalo and 30 minutes to the world famous Niagara Falls. The space We have a beautiful and bright kitchen with all new appliances. There are plenty of cooking tools and a gas grill out back. A dual coffee maker that can be used with Keurig cups or as a traditional brewer. The dining room has a table that seats up to eight. We also have a game room with a full size pool table, a few games and puzzles, and several shelves with new and nostalgic books and magazines. There is a full size working fireplace with a few logs to get you started. There are five bedrooms. One is on the first floor with a full size bed. Upstairs there is a master suite with a king size bed. The second upstairs bedroom has one single bed and bunk beds for kids. The third has a single bed and the fourth has two singles. On the first floor there is a half bath. The upstairs has one full bathroom and a second with a stall shower. In the basement there is a washer and dryer with plenty of supplies. We also supply plenty of towels, soaps, shampoos as well as fresh linens and pillows in each room. The driveway will fit four to six cars depending on the size of your cars. Guest access Our guests have full access to the property except two storage rooms and the garage. Other things to note There is also a back patio and a fire pit.
