Lake Serenity Patio Apartment is located on Claytor Lake, with a beautiful view of the distant mountains. The location is ideal for activities in the New River Valley and is only a short drive to Virginia Tech and Radford University. Relax on the patio or head down our gravel driveway to the dock to enjoy the lake. Swim, paddle-board, kayak, or stroll around our 12 acres, and beyond! Claytor Lake State Park is nearby where you can enjoy great hiking, a beach area, and boat rentals. The space The apartment was completely remodeled recently. It is located on the lower level of the hosts’ home and the patio entrance faces the lake. The apartment is spacious with an open-floor plan. There is a full kitchen (with all the amenities), a living area with a big-screen TV, a dining area, a bedroom area, and a bathroom. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower, as well as an enclosed space for a washer and dryer. There are two big closets in the kitchen area: one for clothes and a second one for linens, games, toys, and additional kitchen needs. Guest access Guests have sole use of the apartment. You’re welcome to walk to the lake (about ¼ mile down the gravel driveway) or drive (if you have an SUV). The dock is a double decker and guests may use both levels, as well as the swim ladder, the kayak, and the paddle board. There is also a fire pit and a small grill.
