This house is 100+ years old with high ceilings and lots of character. It has been recently renovated and can sleep 6 people (1 king, 1 double, 2 twin beds). There are 2 desks so you can work from home, a fenced backyard to enjoy, and a parking spot designated for you. The space This is a 2-level home with stairs. The living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room are on the main floor. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed and ensuite powder room. The second and third bedrooms each have a twin bed and workstation (desk+chair+lamp). The fourth bedroom has a double bed. Each bedroom has a closet, a window with light-blocking curtains, and comfortable beds with 100% cotton sheets. This charming home is fully furnished and stocked - just bring your bags and settle in! Guest access You have full access of the full 4-bedroom house. It is not shared with anyone else during your stay. You have full access to a small, private backyard that is fully fenced. Other things to note This is a 100+ year old home! It has been fully renovated but you may still notice some 'old-home-quirks' such as strange layouts to certain rooms (like the narrow bathroom) or the sloping floors. It adds to the charm and we hope you enjoy this unique property! ——- Due to recent pet damages and guest allergy concerns we have sadly decided to not allow pets any more. We are often not able to get all the hair out of the furniture even with deep cleaning, and it is causing issues. If you are found breaking this rule there is a $200 fee. ——- Public Notice: WINTER PARKING RESTRICTIONS ❄️ Residents are reminded that Winter Parking Restrictions are in effect between 12:00 a.m. (midnight) and 7:00 a.m. until March 31st, 2024. ❄️ It is important to keep vehicles off the streets and out of Town owned parking lots during these restricted hours. Vehicles parked during the restricted hours may be issued a ticket and/or towed at the owner’s expense.
