Quaint Cottage, a Wanderstay of Tranquility hidden in the heart of Minneapolis The space Whether you're here for business or pleasure our cozy cottage is the perfect place to call home during your visit to MN. The cottage features a comfortable living room with a flatscreen TV and plenty of space to sit and sleep, with a twin to twin trundle day bed couch and an ottoman that converts to a twin size lounger. A dining area that converts easily to an office space with all the essentials needed to work remotely. A full kitchen, one bath, and a cozy bedroom with the queen size bed. Cottage is entirely ALL yours, nothing in it is shared. Located a block from Excelsior in the heart of St. Louis Park/Edina area. Restaurants, Coffee shops, Theaters, Shopping, Grocery, Bars, Lakes/Parks all in walking distance. 2 bedrooms/sleeping area, sofa day bed couch is a twin with twin trundle, the ottoman converts to a twin lounger or chair and the loveseat has storage under cushions. The other is a separate room and includes a queen bed. Central AC, heat, hardwood floors and open layout with windows to brighten the space. Backyard patio at your disposal-with grill when not covered in snow. There are 2 45 inch smart Roku TV’s, amenities list only one. Both set up on Wifi and soundbar bluetooth speakers available for use- so bring your playlist! Record player with records, CD player with CD’s and tapes to bring the old school jams out. Quick drive/uber/lyft to uptown, west end and downtown. The entire home is yours alone. This is not one of those listings where the owner ‘lurks’ nearby given the actuality of a shared space. The entire house and the privacy it affords is yours alone. I'm just a text away should you need anything, but everything is here for you and all necessities fully stocked. Relax and enjoy all the area has to offer. Check out the neighborhood bars, restaurants or pick up/order something to make in the kitchen. Use whatever you need. Whatever I have is yours to enjoy, I only ask you take care of the record player, all extras around it and any of the fragile dish/glassware you would like to use. There is extra everything so if you need toilet paper, towels, blankets, pillows, toiletries …. The list goes on use it up as it's there for you should you need it. Guest access Upon booking you’ll be provided with a personal code for your stay to use the front door at your leisure Other things to note There are hair tools in the bedroom, workout accessories, yoga - meditation included. Extra bath items are in the bathroom for you as well as some skincare items you are more than welcome to use. The toilet has a brand-new unused bidet as well. It's an old house with a soul to match and with the work we’ve put into it brought out the everso welcoming, calm and joyful energy you’ll soon feel upon entering. Everything is just blocks away so if car-less any rideshare is less than 10$ max and if you have your own ride in tow there is a shared driveway to use, however no garage. Help yourself to coffee and tea in comfort of your kitchen or hop down to the local coffee shops which are a stones throw away.
