Play some tennis or golf….or spend the day on beautiful HoHum beach…just a short ferry ride away. Guest access You’ll have access to the whole house, minus one owners closet that will be locked. Other things to note Hey Guys, Just some info that may be helpful in making your decision to book our place. Pool Our pool has a fence around the backyard but it does not have a safety gate/fence. So if you our your children are in the backyard, you have access to the pool. Pool heater The pool has the option to be heated. If you want to have the pool heated, you can let us know and we will charge a $500 deposit. We will then let you know the amount of fuel you used and charge you for the going rate of propane at the time. If you use less than $500 we will send you back the difference. The village of Bellport has many amenities that only residents and their guests can use. In order to take advantage of these amenities… the Tennis club, golf club and ferry to Ho-Hum beach you have to purchase a Village ID. That ID costs $450 for the duration of your stay. and it gives access to 2 adults and 2 children under 12. $100 per extra adult and $75 per extra child. Then there are usage costs associated with the activities after that but you get resident prices for all those activities.
