Our OCEAN VIEW condo is located in the Pinnacle building with direct access to the beach, ocean-front pool, and the spa. The building also offers an exercise room, sauna, steam room, showers, changing rooms and an arcade for the kids.   Located on 17 acres of prime ocean front property, Seapointe Village is a one-of-a-kind on NJ shore. Our ocean view condo is a full size 1 bedroom 2 full bathrooms apartment with a balcony. As our guests you will enjoy all of the amenities of Seapointe Village. The space We have a 1 bed and 2 bath condo that comfortably sleeps 4.  Our beautifully appointed condo offers a private ocean view balcony with panoramic view of the community. All new easy to clean floorings are to ensure that our guests with allergies can rest easy.  Come stay with us in the summer or escape for a long weekend in the spring, fall or winter - we are open all year for short term rentals. Long term rentals are considered and off-season only. The unit offers two queen size beds (1 - in a bedroom; 1 - pullout couch in a living room), a full kitchen w/dishwasher, stackable washer/drier, dining area and a private balcony. Guest access We are located in a gated community with secured access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Once you come into the resort, you will have to enter through another secured building to get to our condo which have a private lock on.
