Walking distance to restaurants, breweries, distilleries, shops, & Fairport's famous Farmer's Market. Enjoy your own entrance, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 sleeper couch in the living room, kitchen and a bathroom. Rest and relax in nature or enjoy a peaceful kayak on the canal. The back faces a lush forest with a view perfect for morning coffee! The space Bedroom: Comfortable room with a double bed, as well as a working place with desk and chair. You will be provided with clean linens already on the bed. An extra pillow and blanket are available in the hallway closet behind the curtain. Living room: Has a couch, trundle bed, fireplace (electric). Kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, sink, and coffee maker. Outdoors: We have a table and chairs for your outdoor dining pleasure in the summer time. There are also a kid playhouse and an outdoor toy box. You are welcome to use it all but please leave them in the condition that you found them. Note that this area is shared with guests renting the ground floor apartment. We ask that you do not access the garage; this is not part of the rented space. Note: We do have a Roku TV and free internet, but you will need to use your personal streaming services subscriptions (e.g. Netflix, HBO). Guest access You will access the apartment via a separate stairs on the backside of the apartment. The rented space includes the whole second floor of the house; the ground floor is rented out separately. Guests can access all spaces on the second floor. The inside door connected to the ground floor apartment will remain locked during your stay. Other things to note Please note that the temperature is regulated with an automated program and cannot be adjusted by the guest. During the summer time, an additional window air-conditioning unit is available for the apartment. You are requested to park up to one car on the driveway, in front of the garage. Please keep the turnaround free for guests renting the bottom apartment.
